A technician replaces the filters and checks the unit. The CCSP package covers four filters: sediment, pre-carbon, natural and nano positive. When the system detects expired filters it raises an Intensive Care Service (ICS) and a technician attends the same month.
Standard service warranty is 1 year for outright purchase. It can extend up to 10 years with the CCSP package. Additional warranty depends on the current promotion.
Yes on the 5-year rental plan: 3 years obligation plus 2 years ownership transfer. After five years the unit belongs to you.
The contract has an obligation period. Early termination follows the termination terms in the contract (STCP) — ask before signing rather than assume.
