Summary only. Full terms (obligation period, termination, warranty exclusions) are in the official CUCKOO contract.
From RM60/month for XCEL up to RM155/month for GRANITE on the 60-month plan.
60 months costs more per month but less in total; 84 months lowers the monthly amount and raises the total.
Yes on rental plans. Servicing and filter replacement are scheduled roughly every 4 months.
Standard installation is included. Extra work such as extended piping or special wall drilling may be charged and is quoted before work starts.
A technician replaces the filters and checks the unit. The CCSP package covers four filters: sediment, pre-carbon, natural and nano positive. When the system detects expired filters it raises an Intensive Care Service (ICS) and a technician attends the same month.
Standard service warranty is 1 year for outright purchase. It can extend up to 10 years with the CCSP package. Additional warranty depends on the current promotion.
Yes on the 5-year rental plan: 3 years obligation plus 2 years ownership transfer. After five years the unit belongs to you.
The contract has an obligation period. Early termination follows the termination terms in the contract (STCP) — ask before signing rather than assume.
